Who we are
An introduction service
Polished Concrete Flooring is an introduction service run by Bartlomiej Standa, a sole trader trading as Elevate Ireland, Co. Dublin. When you send the form, your details go to one polished concrete contractor that covers your county. They look at the floor, price the job in writing, do the work and deal with you directly. We don't carry out flooring work ourselves.
How we check facts
Every price on the site links to the page it came from and was read on 3 November 2026: an Irish polishing firm's own published prices (PMAC, Dublin 12), Selfbuild Ireland's published answer on polished concrete costs, Irish microcement and epoxy firms' published prices, and one homeowner's quotes posted on Boards.ie, labelled as such. We quote them as they're given, show the date each was published, say that none states VAT, and show where they disagree. County figures are CSO: new dwelling completions (NDQ06) and Census 2022. Heating degree days are a calculation from Met Éireann's 1991–2020 grid. Where a number is our sum or multiplication, the page says so.
We don't publish reviews, ratings or response times, and we don't show photos of jobs we didn't do. The photo preview is made by AI and labelled as one.
